Smoothies are a great way to use over-ripe bananas. Peel, slice and freeze them then use straight from the freezer.

- 1 Waitrose 1 Perfectly Ripe Avocado, skinned and stoned
- 1 banana
- 80g essential Waitrose Green Seedless Grapes
- 80g baby spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Place the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender. Add 400ml water and whizz until smooth and thick.
- Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Pour into 2 glasses and serve straight away.
